During the cold months, it has been observed that even regular fitted shirt and jeans seem tighter. After some time a person can gain weight, and to overcome this condition one should spend some of his time in the sunlight whenever needed.

  • Comfort foods

With the drop in temperature of surroundings, we prefer heavy and warming foods as such food raise body temperature and lift our mood. Consumption of excess of carbohydrate and fat loaded food has its riskiness. Looking for healthier alternatives better is a better option to avoid the risks of weight gain. Intake of sufficient water is necessary to maintain a healthy weight. During summers, everyone keeps a water bottle in their hands, however, in winters staying hydrated is very challenging. In the winter season, you should drink 2-3 litres of water on a daily basis in order to maintain a healthy weight.
